About this role
• Engage and build strong relationships with religious groups and community organisations • Support the planning and execution of community engagement programmes and initiatives • Collaborate with government agencies and community partners to promote social harmony • Coordinate activities, learning journeys, and dialogue sessions for Harmony Circles • Support national events such as Racial and Religious Harmony Month, Chingay, and National Day • Monitor and review engagement activities and recommend improvements where necessary • Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings and stakeholder engagements • Assist in the evaluation and disbursement processes for the Harmony Fund Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience working with community groups or stakeholder engagement • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with good data and financial acumen • Willing to support ad-hoc duties as assigned • Able to work evenings, weekends, and after office hours when required for community engagements • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment • Able to multitask and work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment • Passionate about building and strengthening community relationships EA Personnel Name: Sharmila EA Personnel No: R23113352 EA License No: 95C5411
