Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrative Executive to manage customer inquiries and perform administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client support in a friendly office environment. Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to ensure customer satisfaction • Enter, file, and maintain accurate customer and operational data to support efficient office management • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to streamline team workflow and client engagement • Keep detailed records of customer interactions to facilitate effective communication and service continuity • Assist the team with general office and operational tasks to maintain a well-organized work environment • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and a positive customer-first attitude Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members • Organized and detail-oriented approach to handle administrative responsibilities accurately • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset to enhance client experience • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic office setting • No prior experience required; training will be provided Other Information • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore • Salary: High salary package with performance bonuses • Benefits: Annual leave, public holiday entitlement, medical benefits (if applicable), training and career development opportunities • Work Environment: Friendly and supportive team atmosphere
