• Attend to customer and financial representative enquiries via phone and live chat professionally and promptly. • Resolve complaints and issues at the first touchpoint wherever possible. • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. • Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and escalate when necessary. • Assess appeals and provide recommendations to management. • Support additional duties during operational needs or peak periods.
