About this role
Location: Tampines, Singapore Salary: $3,300 - $3,500 per month (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm Contract Duration: 6 Months (Immediate Start) Responsibilities • Process and generate sales orders accurately. • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders. • Respond to and resolve customer feedback and issues. • Coordinate with logistics and third-party providers to ensure timely deliveries. • Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers and internal stakeholders. • Verify certificates of analysis/compliance and apply inspection status. • Prepare and distribute order acknowledgements and daily reports. • Maintain customer contact databases and filing systems. • Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Requirements • Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service or order processing experience. • Able to commit contract for 6 months period. • Experience using SAP is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Good communication and coordination skills.
