About this role
Responsibilities: • Assist couples and guests during marriage solemnisation ceremonies • Manage queues and registration processes • Handle basic customer enquiries • Support self-service kiosks and administrative tasks • Assist with document verification support Requirements: • Minimum 1 year customer service experience • ITE qualification or equivalent and above • Computer literate • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm • Saturday: 8:00am – 5:30pm • Public Holidays excluded Contract Duration: 24 months with an option to extend for 12 months.
