Designation : Customer Service Support Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (OT Available on Saturdays) Location : Raffles Job Description: Support the Lead Solemniser (LS) with queue management and administrative duties to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies. Assist couples and guests during solemnisation appointments, including registration, witness updates, and reprinting of ceremonial certificates via self-service kiosks. Guide and direct guests after their solemnisation to maintain an orderly waiting area and smooth visitor flow. Monitor self-service kiosks and provide basic technical assistance when required. Handle simple customer enquiries, verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels. Assist counter staff with document verification processes, including assessing couples' language proficiency based on provided guidelines. Perform general administrative duties such as setting up and closing solemnisation rooms and kiosks, preparing simple reports, and supporting daily operations. Carry out other related administrative tasks as assigned.
