About this role
Responsibilities: • Contractual interface between the customer. • Managing customers’ expectations and the relationship with clients and stakeholders. • Managing cost and profitability, scheduling of projects and resource planning. • Manage and control quality. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Plan resources availability and allocation. • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. • Perform risk management to minimise project risks. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Vendors sourcing and evaluation. Negotiation with suppliers. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Requirements: • Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline. • Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent. • Minimum 7 years of system-related experience in CCTV / VMS installation, IT (VAPT etc), infrastructure, software integration • Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.
