Job scopeThis role focuses on fostering a digital-first mindset within the organisation by raising awareness and knowledge of digitalisation strategies and plans, including the use of digital tools that enable all staff to implement digitalisation in their respective business domains. Additionally, the Digital Ambassador (Community & Engagement) is responsible for identifying and supporting staff who are new to digital tools, unaware of available resources, or experiencing low adoption rates. The role involves engaging these staff members and guiding them towards meaningful usage and adoption of digital tools. Responsibilities 1. Outreach & Engagement • Proactively identify and engage new joiners, low-awareness users, and low-adoption user segments of our digital tools. • Conduct targeted outreach through emails, chats, briefings, and in-person touchpoints to introduce relevant digital tools and programmes. • Act as a friendly, approachable first point of contact for staff who are unsure how or where to start with digital tools. • Assist project teams with the publicity and launch of their products and systems. 2. Digital Enablement & Early Intervention • Support staff in understanding what digital tools are available, when to use them, and how they can help in day-to-day work. • Provide basic guidance, walkthroughs, or referrals (where needed) to help staff get started. • Encourage a digital-first and self-service mindset, aligned with the citizen developer principle. 3. Community & Programme Support • Support organisation-wide campaigns, events, clinics, and engagement programmes (e.g. gamification and competitions) run by the team. • Assist in preparing engagement materials such as simple guides, FAQs, outreach messages, and feedback forms. • Help onboard participants into digital communities and channels. 4. Tracking & Feedback • Maintain basic records of outreach efforts (e.g., who was engaged, what support was provided). • Support simple monitoring of whether engaged staff show increased awareness or usage of digital tools over time. • Gather qualitative feedback from staff to inform improvements to engagement strategies. QualificationsDegree in Business, Communication or equivalent Skills and Experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging people one-to-one or in small to large groups. • Confident in reaching out proactively and following up with stakeholders. • Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple outreach activities concurrently. • Experience in corporate communications, event planning and management, and programme development and execution is preferred • Able to use Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for simple design work (e.g. eDMs). • Familiar with the use of Tableau will be advantageous • Willingness to learn and understand basic use cases of essential digital tools. Contract duration: 8 months Working Arrangement • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6pm • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm • 1-hour lunch break Location: Stars Avenue Salary: Will be commensurate based on experience EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
