Your day-to-day activities will involve performing thorough reconciliations of both fiat currencies and digital assets, ensuring all records are accurate and discrepancies are resolved efficiently. You will also be responsible for reconciling staking rewards across multiple accounts, supporting new product rollouts by managing off-exchange settlements, and executing essential operational checks aligned with stringent compliance standards. Beyond routine responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to process optimisation efforts—analysing workflows for improvements—and participate in rigorous product testing cycles that deepen your understanding of innovative custody solutions. • Ensure full compliance with Travel Rule regulations by maintaining accurate records and supporting all necessary regulatory reporting requirements as part of daily operations. • Perform detailed asset and fiat reconciliations with precision, ensuring accuracy in records and timely resolution of any discrepancies or breaks identified during reviews. • Reconcile staking reward information meticulously across relevant accounts to guarantee completeness and accuracy in line with organisational standards. • Support new product enhancements by overseeing off-exchange settlement processes, ensuring these are completed accurately and within required timeframes. • Execute and oversee business-as-usual operational checks and controls consistently in accordance with compliance protocols and asset security requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation by analysing current workflows and contributing ideas for enhancing operational efficiency. • Participate actively in product testing for both new and enhanced custody solutions, developing deep knowledge of the organisation’s product suite. • Collaborate closely with colleagues across global offices to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks while fostering a supportive team environment. • Communicate clearly within the team to flag issues promptly and escalate matters appropriately when necessary for effective problem resolution. • Utilise AI tools effectively to support operational tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department. What you bring: To excel as a Digital Assets Client Operations Analyst, you will bring proven experience from the financial services sector—ideally having worked at least one year in an environment where regulatory compliance is paramount. Your academic background in STEM equips you with analytical rigour essential for handling complex reconciliations involving both fiat currencies and digital assets.
