Your contributions will directly support the organisation’s financial stability and efficiency. • Support day-to-day treasury operations by managing cash and bank activities with precision and care, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately. • Perform daily cash management tasks including cash reporting, payments processing, foreign exchange settlements, and funding support to maintain liquidity. • Assist with cashflow forecasting and monitor liquidity levels to ensure optimal working capital management throughout the business cycle. • Contribute to monthly treasury reporting by maintaining proper records and documentation for all transactions, supporting transparency and accountability. • Review cash pooling arrangements and intercompany balances as required, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies efficiently. • Support banking activities such as opening or closing bank accounts, updating authorised signatories, and preparing KYC documentation in line with regulatory standards. • Create and maintain vendor and customer master data in SAP promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with established processes and due diligence screening using NAVEX. • Reconcile data between NAVEX and SAP systems, following up on any discrepancies to uphold data integrity across platforms. • Respond thoughtfully to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding master data processes, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. • Identify potential data quality or control issues proactively, escalating concerns as needed while supporting process improvements for greater operational efficiency.
