Job HighlightsSalary: $3160 Work Location: 512 Thomson Road, MSF Building #07-00 Singapore 298136 Employment Type: 12-Month Contract Eligibility: Singapore Citizens only Key ResponsibilitiesDigitalisation & IT Platform Support• Evaluate off-the-shelf IT platforms to support digitalisation initiatives • Assist in testing, validation, and onboarding processes including data conversion • Design and develop digital staff aids to improve work efficiency E-Learning & Training Development• Develop and adapt training materials for government e-learning platforms • Monitor course completion rates and assessment performance • Support continuous improvement of digital learning content Operational Coordination & Planning• Design audit checklists for facility and operational assessments • Coordinate standby schedules and deployment queries • Manage shared platforms for exercise planning and operational materials Corporate Services & Administration• Support budget tracking and monitoring for relief operations • Assist with procurement processes and vendor coordination • Provide secretariat support including meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting • Organise and coordinate training sessions, materials, and audit schedules ✅ Who We’re Looking For• Strong project management skills, particularly in IT platform evaluation and implementation • Experience in e-learning development and Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Familiarity with government procurement processes • Experience in budget monitoring and administrative coordination • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in high-volume environments • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Must-Have Skills• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for dashboards) • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Strong coordination and execution skills across multiple functions Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience in emergency management, contingency planning, or operations support • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for training or communication materials • Prior experience in public sector or government-related projects What We Look For• Resourceful and driven individuals who can deliver outcomes under tight timelines • Strong team players who thrive in dynamic environments • Individuals with high adaptability and a proactive mindset • Passion for contributing to impactful public service initiatives How to ApplyApply via the designated job portal.
