Digital Operations and Analytics Officer (Contract)

We are looking for professionals experienced in Data Analysis and Reporting to streamline our processes. • Up to $4,500 per month • 3 months in the first instance, renewable for another 9 months • Central Area • Mon - Fri, office hours What to expect: • Extract and analyse performance data, compile weekly reports, support trend analysis, and collaborate with marketing teams on campaign performance and funnel reporting. • Manage daily website operations, including content uploads, updates, event listings, metadata management, and digital record maintenance. • Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders while ensuring timely and accurate execution. • Coordinate event approval workflows and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency before publication. • Monitor published digital content to maintain up-to-date, accurate, and high-quality information across platforms. Requirements: • Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or relevant fields. • 3 years of Data Analysis experience in interpreting charts and identifying performance trends. • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and CSV file management. • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting content and data inconsistencies.
