Key Highlights• Contract Duration: 12 months (1 year) • Salary: To be disclosed • Work Location: Alice@Mediapolis, Singapore • Work Hours: Mon - Thur: 8.30am - 6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm • Work closely with Port Inspectors to ensure safe and effective drone operations • Onboard ship/boat deployment may be required based on operational needs Key ResponsibilitiesDrone Operations • Operate drones to support maritime inspections and enhance operational efficiency • Collect aerial data and imagery to support inspection and operational activities • Ensure all drone missions are conducted safely and in compliance with operational requirements Safety & Compliance • Serve as Safety Officer during drone flights and monitor adherence to safety protocols • Ensure all drone operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Support risk assessments and operational safety planning for drone activities Assessment & Operational Readiness • Conduct drone competency assessments to evaluate operators' proficiency and compliance • Support the development and continuous improvement of drone operational procedures • Maintain readiness for operational deployments and emergency response activities Incident Response • Deploy drones during incidents and emergencies to support rapid assessment and response efforts • Provide aerial situational awareness to assist in risk mitigation and decision-making • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective incident management Stakeholder Coordination • Work closely with Port Inspectors and operational teams to support maritime activities • Communicate operational and safety requirements clearly with relevant stakeholders • Support cross-functional initiatives involving drone technology and maritime operations Requirements• Possess a valid CAAS UAPL (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence) • Experience in drone operations; maritime, inspection, or related operational environments will be an advantage • Strong understanding of drone safety practices, operational risk management, and regulatory requirements • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays during emergency situations, with time-off provided accordingly Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
