Job Description Join a reputable public sector organisation and play a key role in supporting communications and engagement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to organisational transformation efforts, work with diverse stakeholders, and drive impactful employee engagement programmes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute an integrated communications and engagement strategy, delivering content across a range of communication channels, e.g. townhalls and e-bulletins. • Design and implement structured engagement platforms such as pulse surveys and focus groups to gather staff feedback, analyse sentiments, and identify emerging concerns. • Develop actionable recommendations based on staff insights to inform leadership decisions and refine communications strategies. • Support leadership alignment by ensuring coherent messaging across diverse stakeholder groups. • Track key metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of communications and engagement efforts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to support organisational transformation and change initiatives. Requirements • Degree in any discipline. • Experience in communications, engagement, stakeholder management, organisational development, change management, or related fields. • Prior experience in organisational transformation or public sector initiatives will be an advantage. • Strong communicator who is equally comfortable crafting messages and facilitating engagement sessions. • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, compelling narratives. • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. • Analytical and able to derive meaningful insights from employee feedback and engagement data.
