Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end building and infrastructure projects, from planning and execution to completion • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and operational continuity • Oversee upgrading, maintenance, and enhancement works for building systems and infrastructure, including electrical works • Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery • Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and statutory regulations • Plan and execute works in a live operational environment, including shutdown planning and coordination where necessary • Review technical drawings, project specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with operational and project requirements • Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders • Support contract administration, cost control, and variation management throughout the project lifecycle • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building performance, safety, and operational efficiency Business Edge Personnel Services Singapore  EA License No: 96C4864  EA Personnel Reg No: R26159908 (Tan Ying Ying)
