Executive, Admin Operations (Educational Sector | West) DT

Key Responsibilities• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations of the unit. • Coordinate and support events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics and post-event follow-ups. • Liaise with vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate programme and event delivery. • Assist with procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and payment processing. • Support billing, budget tracking, and grant administration while ensuring compliance with financial policies. • Maintain records for gifts and donations and assist with reporting requirements. • Provide secretariat and administrative support for programmes, meetings, and other centre initiatives. Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of administrative or coordination experience. • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
