About this role
The Executive Project Advisor is a project lead role responsible for leading a regional review project of first‑mile and last‑mile strategies across Southeast Asia. The role is accountable for structuring, managing, and delivering a time‑bound, end‑to‑end project that assesses current state operations, identifies gaps and opportunities, and produces clear, actionable recommendations for the region. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role partners closely with regional and functional stakeholders to plan, govern, and execute the project, ensuring disciplined project management, strong stakeholder alignment, and high‑quality outputs that support operational decision‑making. • Lead a regional project to review and assess first‑mile and last‑mile strategies across Southeast Asia • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and governance structure • Conduct current‑state assessments, including process reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews • Identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across markets • Drive execution across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and issues • Synthesize findings into clear insights, options, and recommendations for senior leadership • Partner with regional and functional stakeholders (i.e Operations, P&E, ODS, Commercial) to validate findings and align on outcomes • Develop project updates, dashboards, and final executive readouts • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards • Support leadership in translating project outcomes into next‑phase actions or initiatives Job Requirements • Master’sdegree in business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field • 5+ yearsof experience in project / program management, consulting, or strategicoperations • Experiencein logistics, supply chain, first‑mile or last‑mile operations is a strongadvantage • Provenexperience leading structured review or diagnostic projects across multiplemarkets • Strongability to translate ambiguous problems into clear project plans anddeliverables • Experience managing multi‑stakeholder regional projects with senior leadership exposure • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into executive‑ready recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
