About this role
• Monday to Friday Office Hours • Work Location - Grange Road • Monthly Salary - up to $2850 Responsibilities: • Assist to process and manage payment transactions in a timely manner including verifying and validating supporting documentation and reconciling discrepancies. • Maintain accurate documentation of all payment transactions and supporting documents including payment approvals and authorisations • Handle payment-related enquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders • Manage finance operation, in particular accounts payable function • Manage invoices validation including checks on supporting documents • Maintain high accuracy standards in data entry in the tracking spreadsheet • Undertake ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned Requirements: • Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business or equivalent • Min 2 years of relevant working experience • Strong/Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel • Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting etc • Good numerical skills and attention to detail Interested candidates, please forward a copy of your resume to: vivien.khaw@tg-hr.com We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
