Finance Manager – Strategy & Planning (FP&A Focus) #HDC

About the Role Join a high-impact strategic finance team where you will drive key business decisions, shape growth strategy, and work on high-visibility projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning • Partner with leadership to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Drive high-impact initiatives such as M&A, new market expansion, and transformation projects • Build and maintain advanced financial models to support decision-making and investment opportunities • Develop business cases and conduct post-investment reviews to evaluate performance and ROI • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability • Analyze key business drivers and performance metrics to guide strategy • Integrate and synthesize data across multiple sources to generate meaningful insights • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, engineering, and commercial teams • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support dynamic decision-making • Evaluate cost-benefit outcomes and track performance against projections What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in strategic finance / FP&A, ideally within a high-growth environment • Strong expertise in financial modelling and business analysis • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and business decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders • Highly detail-oriented with strong project execution capabilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience in healthcare or startup environments is a plus • Familiarity with capital markets and fundraising activities is advantageous Apply Now Send your resume to leonleong@recruitexpress.com.sg Thank You.
