Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and train staff, create schedules and conduct performance reviews. • Manage daily operations, ensure food quality, maintain cleanliness, and enforce health and safety regulations. • Handle customer complaints, ensure a positive guest experience, and build customer relationships. • Support with hiring, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies. • Implement strategies to control operational costs, reduce waste, and increase profitability. Job Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including inventory management and scheduling / timesheet management. • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1). • Guest-oriented with a warm, polite, and professional demeanor. • Outgoing and engaging, able to build quick rapport with guests. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different guest needs. • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide and motivate teams. • Experience in mentoring or coaching staff. • Strong communication skills across all levels. • Disciplined, reliable, and committed to upholding service and operational standards.
