About this role
Challenges You will provide operational support to clinical departments and work closely with key stakeholders on matters related to implementation and monitoring of projects, process improvement, justification for new services and funding, and ensure that they are in line with the hospital's overall strategic direction. You will assume a key role in ensuring good financial performance and smooth operations of the clinical departments by proactive tracking, monitoring, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
