Find out more about us at likka.sg Role Overview As a Graphic Design & Operations Intern, you will play a key role in visualizing our brand story while supporting daily operational processes. This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to graphic design, visual content creation, and behind-the-scenes operations like supply chain coordination. We are looking for someone who is available for a 6 month full-time internship (school internships/attachments welcome). Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Content Creation (Focus) • Visual Assets: Lead the design of on-brand graphics for digital platforms, including Instagram (Stories/Feed), TikTok, and website banners. • Marketing Collateral: Design Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and promotional materials for marketing campaigns. • Content Production: Assist in photoshoots, tiktok livestream operations and video shoots; edit short-form video content for social media. • Brand consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with LIKKA’s aesthetic and brand guidelines. 2. Operations & Coordination • Daily Operations: Assist with order fulfilment, packing, and inventory organization/management to ensure smooth daily workflow. • Supply Chain: Support supply chain operations, including tracking deliveries and coordinating with shipping partners. 3. General Support • Support the team with sampling clothing designs. • Ad-hoc administrative or creative tasks as needed to support campaign launches. What We’re Looking For• Design Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva. • Creative Eye: Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography with a passion for women's fashion. • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and social media trends is a huge plus. • Operational Interest: Willingness to get hands-on with inventory and learn about the operational side of a fashion business. • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
