About this role
Department: GTO-Credit Admin& Control Job Duration: 6 Months (extendable but subjected to performance) Position: Bank Associate Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PMFriday with 1 Hour meal break Main duties and Responsibilities of the role (but not limited to following): • Assist in counter duties (seated at the counter) – this is based on office environment (not branches) • To attend to courier delivery/pickup at counterPhotocopy incoming courier for filing (proof of receipt by Admin Team and also staff acknowledgement of receipt) • Filing and archival of documents of cancelled closed accounts • Checking and update of insurance related notices into system • Other general admin duties eg consolidation of reports, statistics, typing and UAT. • To support the team with adhoc administrative tasks when required Job Requirements: • Minimum A Levels / Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline • Proficient in MS Word and Excel • Good working attitude and responsible • Detailed with good follow up skills Interest applicants, pls email updated resume to north@recruitexpress.com.sg Kasey Kong The Outsourcing Team Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Lic: 99C4599
