HRIS• Data Migration Support • Perform historical data cleansing and reformatting. • Assist in preparing data templates for upload into IRIS (SuccessFactors HR system). • IRIS Employee Account Management • Provide manual account support until integration with IGA (scheduled for October 2026). • Generate reports to identify employee accounts expiring within 90 days. • Issue reminder notifications to affected employees via mail merge. • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support • Assist in testing system defects, new workflows, and newly released SuccessFactors features.
