HR Assistant | 1 year , convertible to perm Up to $3,200 Working location: Pasir Ris Working hours: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thur) / 8.30am-5.30pm (Fri) Job Scope: • Provide administrative support to the HR department. • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. • Assist in recruitment activities (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews). • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Handle staff enquiries on HR-related matters. • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. • Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company policies. Requirements: • Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Able to handle confidential information with discretion WhatsApp 8858 2776 to apply now!
