About this role
As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will support workforce and HR operational initiatives within a fast-paced public sector environment. This role is suitable for HR professionals who enjoy stakeholder engagement, recruitment coordination, and hands-on HR support. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business units to understand manpower needs and provide practical HR support and solutions • Support recruitment activities including interview coordination, onboarding, and candidate engagement • Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related matters • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements • Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Prior HRBP or HR operations experience will be advantageous Additional Information • Contract Duration: 4 Months • Working Hours: Office Hours • Location: Central Singapore Interested applicants are invited to submit their updated resume in MS Word format for consideration.
