Job Description• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate interviews. • Support onboarding processes by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring timely completion of required documentation. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence. • Handle HR operation matters when needed. • Assist in HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes. • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations across all HR operations. The Successful Applicant• Has more than 3 years of HR and recruitment experiences • Familiar with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and relevant regulations. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn HR information systems. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Thrive in fast-paced environment What's on OfferA good exposure within the engineering industry.
