About The Role In this role,you have the opportunity to deploy key HR policies and processes as well as execute the People and Organization Strategy in the Market. Proactively guide the delivery of HR services and based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and organization’s needs offer operational support in implementing the people strategy set. You are part of the HR team led by the HR Lead for APAC. This team will be responsible for APAC people strategy to support business objectives and drive business values. The Impact You’ll Make: • Possess good insights into the unit’s operational business context and can support department’s organization design / capability development. • Possess good relationship and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders on HR decisions. • Apply change management knowledge to support change programs. • Use personal insights into operational processes to influence the activities of the organization. • Provide professional HR support/advice on all operational HR issues including payroll, however those are often limited and consistent in their nature and scale. • Implement L&D initiatives to drive performance & development at all levels of the Organization. The KnowledgeYou’ll Bring: • Minimally a bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics.) • More than 8 years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational HR matters within a business context, and a focus on Learning & Development preferred. • Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-to-day execution of HR activities. • Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework. • Practice in making business decisions that align with organizational goals. • Experience in managing stakeholders. • Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects. This role combines hands-on HR service delivery with proactive support for business goals and people initiatives. As part of the APAC HR team, you will work closely with managers and employees to strengthen capabilities, enhance employee experience, and ensure HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.
