About this role
• Spearhead the full lifecycle of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new feature implementations tailored to the banking and financial services sector. • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, ensuring adherence to best practices, data security standards, and regulatory requirements such as SOX and GDPR. • Support enterprise-wide HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance systems. • Manage data conversion activities while maintaining strict data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations. • Generate, analyse, and present detailed HRIS reports and insights to support workforce planning, compensation strategies, and key HR initiatives. • Deliver advanced user support, training, and documentation for stakeholders across HR, payroll, risk, and compliance functions. • Partner with external vendors and internal IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, enhance system performance, and support continuous innovation. • Evaluate and implement process improvements and automation initiatives across HRIS and related HR operations. • Keep up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to ensure HRIS solutions remain effective, compliant, and competitive Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 8 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services. • In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector. Workday implementation experience preferred.
