About this role
What you'll be doing • Support HR Business Partners and HR leadership in the implementation of HR policies, processes, and workforce programmes • Execute end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration to ensure a seamless staff experience • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, intern and temporary staff hiring, and onboarding arrangements • Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities such as orientation, HR events, and staff lifecycle programmes • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and systems updates in compliance with organisational standards and data confidentiality requirements • Process HR-related administrative tasks including invoices, documentation tracking, and system updates • Work closely with Institution HR teams to ensure timely delivery of HR services aligned with SLAs and KPIs • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and relevant legislative requirements • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to HR projects and operational enhancements What we're looking for • Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related studies • 1 years of working experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or administrative HR support roles, training will be provided • Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation management • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications • Good understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements in HR • Strong communication and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset Interested applicants, kindly furnish us with your full and detailed resume in MS Words format and click "Apply Now" button.
