About this role
Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 1 year) Location: City Hall Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Responsibilities: • Manage end‑to‑end casual hiring, including coordination with hiring divisions and manpower agencies • Track hiring requests, contracts, and expiry dates • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including billing verification • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and candidate follow‑ups • Assist with performance management and award‑related logistics and administration • Design communications, liaise with stakeholders, and provide meeting support Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or manpower coordination • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise across departments and external agencies • Good organisational and tracking skills, with strong attention to detail • Comfortable handling administrative tasks such as contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and billing verification Bysending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed toconsent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use anddisclose your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policyavailable at https://www.persolsingapore.com/policies.You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with the PrivacyPolicy.
