Job Summary Join our dynamic team in the marine industry as an Indoor Sales Coordinator, where you will drive operational excellence by managing customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and supporting sales initiatives to contribute to business growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to deliver accurate information and enhance client engagement • Prepare detailed quotations and follow up on sales leads to support revenue generation • Coordinate order processing, logistics, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of marine products • Support the sales team by compiling and analyzing sales reports and managing the sales pipeline for informed decision-making • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive after-sales support and resolving issues efficiently Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or a related field • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the marine or industrial sector • Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage documentation and reporting • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
