About this role
Job Summary: Candidates will be responsible for performing manual and automated visual inspection of pharmaceutical products, operating and supporting packaging lines, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: • Perform manual visual inspection of vials, syringes, or other primary packaging for defects such as particles, cracks, discoloration, and fill volume issues. • Operate automated visual inspection machines and monitor performance to ensure product quality. • Document inspection results and report any deviations or quality issues in accordance with SOPs. • Operate and monitor automatic packaging line. • Assist in packaging line setup, CQV activities and changeovers to ensure efficient production runs. • Support in documentation such as drafting, revising SOPs. • Support in manual labelling and packaging of products if required. • Perform daily cleaning and clearance of work areas and equipment to maintain GMP compliance. • Handle material dispensing, stockkeeping, and reconciliation for visual inspection and packaging processes. • Support troubleshooting of equipment failures and collaborate with maintenance/engineering teams for repairs and preventive maintenance. • Complete batch records, logbooks, and inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner. • Participate in quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions as needed. • Train new team members on visual inspection techniques, equipment operation, and GMP requirements. • Any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager or supervisor. Requirements: • • Diploma or higher in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields. • At least 5 years of relevant experiences in visual inspection and packaging. • Experience with automated visual inspection systems and familiarity with manual labelling and packaging and automatic packaging equipment, especially MG (Marchesini Group) or similar lines, will be considered a strong advantage. • Good analyzing and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and expression skills. • Effective team collaboration, efficient execution, and a strong sense of responsibility. • Flexibility to work in the day, afternoon, or night shifts, and on weekends as part of shift rotations, depending on production scheduling needs. Contract Duration: 12 months
