RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. • Assist in conducting user research and analysis to support product decisions. • Work with the development team and stakeholders to establish delivery timelines, key milestones, and resource needs, and support functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. • Support NVPC's AI adoption programme, including Copilot rollout, AI Champions coordination, and use case documentation. • Track and report on AI tool adoption and usage patterns to inform programme direction. • Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder communications, presentations, and internal updates. QUALIFICATIONS • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements. • Exposure to project management and business analysis tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence). • Interest in AI tools and their application in workplace productivity. • Ability to clearly present findings and collaborate with business stakeholders.
