Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptableIntern to support the Chairman’s Office. This role offers a unique opportunityto gain broad exposure across business functions, including administrativecoordination, project support, stakeholder engagement, and organizationalinitiatives. The Intern will work closely with the team to supportday-to-day operations, assist in administrative tasks, and contribute tospecial projects. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Chairman’s Office, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting logistics. • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. • Assist research and compile information to support Chairman’s Office. • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items where required. • Assist in organizing internal events, engagements, and corporate activities. • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and execution of tasks. • Handle ad-hoc assignments and administrative duties as required. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. • Able to commit for a period of 2 months. • Strong interest in gaining exposure to corporate operations and executive-level support. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • A proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude.
