BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC FAMILY! ✅WE’RE HALAL-CERTIFIED NEARBY MRT (For more information: https://www.twyst.sg/) PERKS AND BENEFITS ✅Staff meals ✅Other benefits: Annual leave, Medical, Insurances & etc Role and Responsibilities • Learn and execute the preparation of all meals to the highest quality standards • Position kitchen staff according to operation needs to maximise kitchen efficiencies • Manage quality and level of kitchen inventory as well as products delivered from suppliers • Perform daily operation tasks • Responsible for cooking and food preparation in a timely manner and according to the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) • Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards at all times • Ensure kitchen is up to safety and cleanliness standard • Cleaning of food preparation areas and kitchen equipment & ad-hoc duties • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance & deportment at all times • To assist with staff orientation & on-the-job training in store when required • To be familiar with the opening and closing procedures • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager Requirements • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder • Service focus, self-motivated, disciplined with good interpersonal and organisational skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Responsible and positive working attitude • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays • Possess basic command of English for communication
