About this role
What you will do • Support the creation of internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and drafting of captions and simple visuals for social media posts. • Assist in producing multimedia content such as infographics, videos, EDMs, newsletters and corporate presentations. • Provide support in the planning and execution of internal campaigns and employee events. • Conduct media monitoring and prepare reports on industry trends and company coverage. • Assist in ensuring consistency of brand identity across communication materials, under the guidance of the team. • Carry out research and benchmarking on communication practices within the maritime and related sectors. • Provide administrative and project support to the communications team as required. • Photo and video coverage at events -help capture event photos/videos for internal archives.
