As a Vice President in Asset & Wealth Management’s International Private Bank Client Operations, you will support an integrated team delivering seamless end-to-end client lifecycle support.In this role, you will oversee risk and control frameworks across onboarding, KYC, and account management, ensuring a robust, compliant, and efficient operating environment. Job Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and monitor risk and control frameworks across Client Operations • Provide risk and control design expertise to support strategic initiatives • Advise and influence senior stakeholders on key risk and control decisions • Conduct process walkthroughs, risk identification, and control design/testing • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and control requirements • Manage end-to-end issues lifecycle including root cause analysis and remediation validation • Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute action plans to address control gaps • Identify and track key risk metrics to assess control environment health • Drive risk and control initiatives (e.g., training, awareness programs) • Enhance reporting through automation and deliver insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders; mentor junior team members Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field • 8 plus years experience in financial services, risk management, or process improvement • Strong risk and control mindset with ability to identify and escalate control gaps • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities • Consultative approach with ability to anticipate business needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Experience in private banking, wealth management, or asset management • Knowledge of client onboarding, KYC, and AML processes • Experience in audit, regulatory, or compliance environments • Familiarity with internal controls and three lines of defense model • Experience managing issue governance and remediation at scale To apply for this position, please use the following URL: https://ars2.equest.com/?response_id=66d412c0f39c88fb3ed47f8e5257aac8
