Interns Marketing E Commerce

Job Summary We seek an experienced E-Commerce intern to lead and expand our online business across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website. You will manage marketplace campaigns, livestreams, KOL collaborations, and digital marketing to drive brand growth and sales. Responsibilities • Manage and grow e-commerce platforms including Shopee,TikTok Shop, and the company website to increase sales and brand presence • Operate Shopee Ads, platform campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities to maximize campaign effectiveness • Coordinate and manage livestream sessions on Shopee and TikTok platforms to engage audiences and boost sales • Collaborate with KOLs, affiliates, livestreamers, and content creators to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue • Source, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and agencies to support marketing initiatives • Track and analyze livestream and KOL campaign performance, including ROI, GMV, and conversion rates, to optimize strategies • Oversee product listings by optimizing SEO, pricing, and campaign visibility to improve marketplace performance • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to increase traffic and conversions • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify and act on growth opportunities • Adapt to fast-paced environments and manage workload effectively during peak campaign periods Preferred competencies and qualifications • Proficient in Shopee Ads and campaign management • Experienced with TikTok Shop and TikTok Live operations • Skilled in Shopee Live operations and livestream coordination • Knowledgeable in KOL and influencer marketing, as well as affiliate marketing • Competent in digital marketing tools including Meta/Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics • Familiar with marketplace backend operations and product listing optimization • Able to analyze sales and ROI data to inform campaign planning • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
