JD TechnicalChange Manager 8-week engagement | Commencing ASAP Aboutthe role We areseeking a hands-on Technical Change Manager for an 8-week engagement tosupport the Commercial Digital Value Management Office, including AIEveryDay, broader Change Program updates, and related strategicinitiatives. This role will be responsible for rapidly designing and deliveringpractical reporting, communication, and update assets that improve the quality,consistency, and efficiency of engagement with the business. The rolewill establish reusable reporting templates for regular business communicationsessions, develop internal strategic communication templates for multipleprograms, and create fit-for-purpose update materials to support both AIEveryDay and broader Change Program reporting and engagement. Itwill also put in place a structured communication approach to support the next9 months of planning and delivery visibility across these initiatives. This is adelivery-focused role with a strong emphasis on outcomes, business value, andsustainable adoption. The successful candidate will bring strong workingknowledge of Copilot Agents and prompting to develop scalable templatesand enable the team to use them effectively. Ideally, they will also haveexperience supporting Microsoft Copilot rollout, training, and capabilityuplift to embed AI-enabled ways of working across teams. Rolepurpose The purposeof this role is to quickly establish the reporting and communicationfoundations required to support the Commercial Digital Value ManagementOffice, including AI EveryDay, Change Program updates, andrelated strategic programs. Over the course of the engagement, the TechnicalChange Manager will deliver fit-for-purpose templates, update packs, promptingapproaches, and enablement materials that the team can adopt immediately andcontinue using beyond the engagement. The role isintended to create practical value by reducing duplication, improvingcommunication quality, standardising reporting, strengthening Change Programvisibility, and increasing team capability in the use of Copilot-enabled tools. Keyaccountabilities TheTechnical Change Manager will be accountable for: • Designing and delivering reporting templates for regular communication sessions with business stakeholders. • Establishing a practical communication and reporting framework to support the Commercial Digital Value Management Office, including AI EveryDay and broader Change Program updates over the next 9 months. • Developing internal strategic communication templates that can be applied consistently across multiple programs and change initiatives. • Creating structured update templates and materials to support Change Program reporting, visibility, and stakeholder engagement. • Using Copilot Agents and effective prompting techniques to create reusable, efficient, and high-quality communication and reporting assets. • Translating stakeholder needs into fit-for-purpose templates, tools, reporting outputs, and communication materials. • Standardising formats and approaches for recurring updates, briefing materials, summaries, strategic messaging, and Change Program status updates. • Supporting adoption of templates and ways of working through guidance, examples, and team enablement. • Sharing knowledge with the team on prompting approaches, template use, and practical application of Copilot-enabled tools. • Ideally contributing experience in Copilot rollout, training, and capability uplift to strengthen adoption across the team. • Delivering high-quality outputs at pace, with a strong focus on usability, sustainability, and measurable business value. Keydeliverables By the endof the 8-week engagement, the role is expected to deliver: • A suite of standardised reporting templates for recurring communication sessions with the business. • A structured communication and reporting approach to support the Commercial Digital Value Management Office, including AI EveryDay and Change Program updates, over the next 9 months. • A set of internal strategic communication templates for use across multiple programs and change initiatives. • Standardised Change Program update templates, including recurring update formats, leadership-ready summaries, and stakeholder-facing materials. • Reusable Copilot Agent prompt sets and prompting approaches to support template creation and ongoing refinement. • Practical user guidance and examples to support consistent use and adaptation of templates by the team. • Training or enablement materials to uplift team capability in using Copilot and prompting in day-to-day reporting and communications. • A handover pack including templates, usage guidance, ownership recommendations, and suggested next steps. Expectedoutcomes Success inthis role will be measured by the extent to which the engagement delivers clearand practical outcomes, including: • Improved consistency and quality of communications across the Commercial Digital Value Management Office, including AI EveryDay, Change Program updates, and related initiatives. • Faster and more efficient development of reporting outputs, updates, and strategic communications. • Reduced manual effort and duplication through reusable templates and AI-enabled workflows. • Greater team capability in the use of Copilot Agents, prompting, and Copilot-enabled reporting and communication practices. • Better stakeholder engagement through clear, structured, and audience-appropriate updates and communications. • Improved visibility and consistency in Change Program reporting. • Sustainable assets and ways of working that continue to deliver value after the engagement concludes. Whatyou’ll bring Thesuccessful candidate will demonstrate: • Proven experience in change management, strategic communications, transformation, or program delivery. • Strong experience developing reporting templates, program update packs, communication materials, toolkits, or reusable business assets. • Strong working knowledge of Copilot Agents and prompting, with the ability to apply these in practical business contexts. • Experience supporting the rollout, adoption, or implementation of Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools. • Experience designing and delivering training, guidance, or capability uplift activities to support adoption of new tools and ways of working. • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready, business-facing, and program update materials. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams, initiatives, and programs. • A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to move quickly from ambiguity to usable deliverables. • Strong self-management, organisation, and delivery focus in a short-term engagement. Preferredexperience Ideally,you will also bring: • Experience supporting AI, digital, or workplace productivity initiatives. • Experience rolling out Microsoft Copilot in a business environment, including user enablement and adoption support. • Experience facilitating training sessions, creating practical learning materials, or delivering team capability uplift. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot-enabled workflows. • Experience developing Change Program updates, reporting packs, or stakeholder materials in a complex organisation. • Experience working across multiple strategic programs in a complex or matrixed environment. • Experience producing playbooks, enablement packs, or reusable team assets.
