About this role
What you'll be doing • Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries from clients, either in person, over the phone, or via remote access • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and implement appropriate solutions • Provide guidance and training to users on the effective use of computer systems and applications • Maintain detailed records of support activities and document resolutions • Proactively monitor and maintain the health of client systems, recommending upgrades or improvements as needed • Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement What we're looking for • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in the Help Desk & IT Support industry • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to think critically and find creative solutions • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues • Commitment to professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) would be an advantage We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
