Supply Planning & Inventory Management • Convert forecasted demand into short‑term and long‑term supply plans, acting as rough‑cut capacity planning inputs for manufacturing plants and OEMs. Ensure balance between demand and supply for RDC Markets to maintain stocks levels targets • Monitor and optimize inventory across the regional distribution network proactively working with plants, ensuring healthy levels that support service and working capital targets. • Lead manual allocation processes in alignment with theRegional Supply Chain Head during supply constraints to prioritize markets andensure business continuity. • Allocation and supply balancing may include markets within JPAC region outside the SEA cluster. • Accept or challenge Shipment Plan based on Stock Cover • Use Anaplan supply planning tool and ensure regular housekeeping is in place and strong collaboration with markets ensuring correct supply signal is sent to factories • Managing and challenging MOQ of factories, when applicable • Challenge forecast, work with export markets/distributors on rolling 24months forecast • Work with RDC on forecast and supply for export markets • Work with RA/QA/PV for related issues for export markets • Other duties as required by Manager or as per detailed in any updated Standard Operating Procedure Distribution Center Coordination • Coordinate with the RDC in Singapore, Factory Logistics, Galderma Inbound Specialist and CS&L Manager to align inbound schedules, delivery plans, outbound regional shipments, arrival information to be shared with 3PL and recorded to track GIT • Address potential bottlenecks (material shortages, delivery delays, production issues) and proactively drive recovery or alternative scenarios. • Ensure service excellence by collaborating with logistics and customer service teams to mitigate restrictions and meet customer lead times. Global and Regional Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Work closely with factory and country supply chain planners to communicate supply status, escalate risks, align on priorities, ensure on time shipment and final dispatch. • Partner with Regional Demand Planners to integrate demand and supply, contributing to metric setting for fill rate, back orders, and inventory. • Support S&OP by preparing supply reviews, revenue risk projections, ageing and slow moving and leading consensus discussions. • Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to ensure material availability and effective production scheduling. • Manages phase in and phase out of supply by working closely with Regional and Market Supply Chain and Project Teams to minimize write-off/wastage General requirements • Bachelor or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, Business or Supply Chain Management • 5+ years of experience in regional supply planning or supply chain management within a multi‑country environment, preferably with manufacturing and distribution components. • Strong proficiency in demand/supply planning processes and ERP/planning tools systems (preferably Anaplan). • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage risk and develop recovery plans. • Ability to collaborate effectively with global, regional, and local stakeholders in a matrix structure. • Strong communication skills, especially for supply reviews and cross‑functional alignment. • Strong detail-orientation and customer-centric mindset By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.persolsingapore.com/policies.
