[Job ID: 1608472] Job Summary: An administrative professional role supporting senior leadership through efficient office administration, travel coordination, and accounting support. Responsibilities: • Manage accounting documentation for the office, including payment processing, expense calculations, disbursements via the accounting system, and accurate record keeping of payment and receipt transactions. • Coordinate business travel arrangements such as flight and accommodation bookings, airport transfers, and visa documentation in line with meeting schedules. • Receive and support guests, including arranging business lunches, dinners, and related logistics. • Provide administrative and logistics support for internal and external business functions and events, including transportation, accommodation, restaurant, and meeting room arrangements. • Manage department assets and miscellaneous office supplies. • Maintain an organized administrative documentation system, including confidential and important records. • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role. • Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting systems such as SAP. • Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or business-level speaking, reading, and writing) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Demonstrates a positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
