Java Full Stack Developer (Spring Framework and Spring Boot technologies.)

Job Summary Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Framework, and modern frontend technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. Responsibilities • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot to meet business requirements • Develop scalable and secure frontend applications using React.js or Angular to ensure optimal user experience and responsiveness • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions to support business-critical applications and system integrations • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for application solutions • Participate in application architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, execute testing activities, plan deployments, and provide production support • Troubleshoot application issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions to improve system stability and performance • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes • Ensure compliance with software development best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and governance policies • Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams to support application releases and environment management • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability Required competencies and certifications • Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for backend application development • Proficiency in frontend technologies including React.js or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures • Experience with source code management, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices such as Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Maven, or similar technologies • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, including performance tuning and query optimization • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and application deployment processes • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and deliver effective solutions within project timelines • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred competencies and qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline • Minimum 6 to 7years of relevant experience in full-stack application development within enterprise environments
