Legal Executive (6 months contract)

Brief Summary: Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for drafting and managing key legal documents, ensuring compliance and clarity in agreements. Responsibilities: • Independently draft and review reinsurance contracts, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during contract negotiations. • Proactively track, monitor, and follow up on active contract matters, particularly with respect to novation activities. • Confirm that executed agreements accurately reflect the terms before circulation to relevant stakeholders. • Provide guidance on best practices, interpretation, and legal implications in contract management. • Administer and maintain meticulous records of legal documents. • Undertake any additional duties as assigned. Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Law or (Re)insurance Studies. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably within the reinsurance or insurance sector. • Strong knowledge of contract administration with a focus on drafting clear reinsurance agreements is advantageous. • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
