About this role
Note: This is 12 months renewable contract role with our client who is one of Asia’s leading MNC. Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing software for core derivative trading product management, specifically spot margin • Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and • functional specifications • Priorities development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches • Conduct market research and competitor analyze is to develop and deliver best-in-class trading solutions and products • Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure software product quality and progress, and completion of software product milestones • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a product manager coupled with a good understanding of software financial trading systems • Sound knowledge on software financial products(especially on margin and futures product) • Quick learner, can pick up new concepts quickly • High degree of initiative to work collaboratively across the team and independently • Familiarity with Agile workflow and ability to work within an Agile environment Skills/Requirement: • Agile / Scrum Methodologies — working in Agile development environments • Working with Engineering Teams — collaborating on technical implementation decisions • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge • QA / User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — defining acceptance criteria and supporting testing • Feature Delivery Coordination — driving milestones and execution across teams Interested candidates, who wish to apply for the above position, please send in your resume to kellyitsg@persolapac.com We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. ********************************** This is in partnership with Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2iserves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
