[Job ID: 1495962] Job Summary: An opportunity to support regional logistics and inventory operations, managing end-to-end shipments, warehouse activities, and data-driven reporting across Asia. Responsibilities: • Manage import operations from Japan to the Singapore warehouse, ensuring compliance with shipping and documentation requirements. • Coordinate outbound shipment operations from Singapore to various Asian markets. • Oversee inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock levels and availability. • Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile inventory variances. • Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports to support business and operational planning. Requirements: • Proven experience in import and export operations within a logistics or supply chain environment. • Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N2 level or above for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Experience in warehouse and inventory management, including stock control and stocktaking. • Experience in sales analysis or inventory data analysis is an added advantage. • Hands-on exposure to end-to-end logistics operations. • Proficiency in Chinese language for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
