Job DescriptionAt foodpanda, we believe that our logistics partners are the backbone of our success. We are seeking an analytical 3PL Vendor Management Trainee to be at the heart of our last-mile operations by monitoring vendor performance, tracking operational KPIs, supporting reporting, and coordinating with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure smooth daily operations.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities Performance Monitoring & Analytics:  • Assist in tracking daily and weekly performance of delivery partners • Monitor key KPIs including on-time delivery, failed deliveries, SLA compliance • Support investigation of service failures and escalation cases • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal review 3PL Vendor Operations:  • Support with 3PL rider positioning and ensuring that Riders are hitting target numbers • Support on Vendor Payments based on contracting and invoicing • Coordinate with internal teams on operational issues and delivery escalations • Support in creation and documentation of SOPs to properly manage 3PL vendors General Logistics Support:  • Support with project management on cross-functional projects • Support on day-to-day operational processes to continuously improve on rider processes.  QualificationsEducation • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field Skills • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills • Good familiarity with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python) • Must-have deep experience with excel skills with capability of building up excel dashboards  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment • Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn What We Offer: • An opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced global company. • Hands-on experience in managing the vendors that power our city’s delivery network. • Direct guidance from experienced Logistics and Supply Chain professionals. • Deep exposure to the inner workings of e-commerce and q-commerce logistics. • A collaborative, supportive, and vibrant work environment where your voice is heard.
