Maintenance Technician – RVI Equipment

Role Summary:- As a maintenance technician, you will handle the ITO and OTR portion for incoming repairs. You will be providing remote quoting, trouble shooting and repairing of the video borescope in accordance with operating specifications required by the factory standard. Essential Responsibilities: - • Repair and Calibration of RVI products (Industrial Borescope) • Ensure that the assigned task is executed in a timely fashion and in line with Service Center expectations and requirements. • Timely execution and completion of standard service reports, quotations and other administrative requirements • Demonstrate EHS mindset and compliance. • Commitment to quality and service to enhance customer satisfaction. • Deliver reports and output documents within defined time with good quality after job execution. • Manage enquiry, handle logistics matters • Upkeep of rental equipment Essential Requirements: - • Field of experience: Knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing optical or inspection equipment. • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience of mechanical and electronics repairs. • Tools or software (required): MS Office and SAP. • Experience in the use of electronic measuring instruments i.e multimeters, oscilloscope etc.
