Management Executive (HR / OD)Adecco is partnering with an esteemeed public sector–focused client to recruit a Management Executive / Assistant Manager (HR/OD) to support key organisational development and leadership initiatives. This role sits within the HR & OD team and involves hands‑on coordination of awards, staff engagement events, leadership programmes and learning and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities• Support departmental (HR and OD) duties such as: Award Administration, event management, Staff Engagement Events & Communications, and broader leadership and L&D initiatives. • Manage administration, nominations, evaluation coordination and event execution. • Coordinate staff engagement initiatives, including Staff Forums, communications, EDMs, videos and engagement activities. • Support leadership and L&D programmes, including Leader Development and induction programmes. • Oversee event planning and logistics, procurement, vendor coordination and post‑event reviews. • Assist in learning projects, communications materials and stakeholder coordination across departments. Requirements• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, administration or event management, preferably in the public sector. • Strong organisation, coordination and data administration skills with high attention to detail. • Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience. • Good written and verbal communication; able to support basic design / creative work for engagement and communications. • Comfortable working independently while supporting senior stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines. ---------------------------------------------------- Toh Weixiang, Eason EA Licence No: 91C2918 PersonnelRegistration No: R25157824
